Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at newbabyworldofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
